Shipping Policy

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Our policy is transparent, reliable, and fully aligned with merchant center requirements: 0-1 business day handling and 3-5 business day delivery (Monday-Friday).

0-1 Day Handling Time. Monday - Friday. Same-day processing before cutoff.

3-5 Days Delivery Time. Business days (Mon-Fri). From shipment date.


Handling Time - 0 to 1 Business Day

All orders are processed and dispatched within 0-1 business day after order confirmation. We operate Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Business days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and federal holidays are not considered business days. Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time / EST) on a business day are typically processed the same day (0 days handling). Orders after cut-off time will be processed on the next business day (within 1 business day). Weekend and holiday orders: Orders placed on Friday after cut-off, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (or the next business day after a holiday) — still within 0-1 business day handling commitment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Handling time starts when payment is confirmed and all shipping details are verified.

Delivery Time - 3 to 5 Business Days

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). Weekends and federal holidays are not counted toward delivery estimates. Example: If your order ships on Monday, you can expect delivery between Wednesday and Friday of the same week (depending on carrier routing). If your order ships on Thursday, delivery is expected between Monday and Wednesday of the following week.

Carriers: We use reliable partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional couriers to ensure fast and trackable delivery. Remote areas: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or military APO/FPO addresses may take 5-7 business days, but we always strive to meet the 3-5 day window for the contiguous US. Public holidays: During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Independence Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days due to carrier volume. We will notify you proactively. Weather and force majeure: In rare cases of extreme weather or natural disasters, delivery could be delayed. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Business Days and Holiday Schedule

Our shipping and delivery commitments (0-1 day handling, 3-5 day delivery) are based on Monday through Friday, excluding the following US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, Christmas Day (Dec 25).

GMC compliance note: Our policy clearly states handling time (0-1 business day), shipping time (3-5 business days), and free shipping offer. All costs, transit times, and handling windows are transparent to customers — fully compliant with Google Merchant Center shipping policy requirements.

Order Tracking and Support

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order in your account dashboard. Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund). Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only. Expedited shipping (overnight, 2-day) is available at checkout for an additional fee, but standard free shipping will always follow the 3-5 business day delivery policy.
